If you buy Splash Plus, you can always restore it under Settings → Splash Plus → Restore Purchases in the app. You cancel a subscription in the App Store under your Apple Account → Subscriptions.

The flags are Splash's own estimate from rain and sewer overflow outlets, not water samples. Always follow signs and lifeguards at the beach.
